Competition BBQ

Over the past two years, we've had the opportunity to compete all over the province.  We've met some great BBQ people who are always willing to help out.  We look forward to another year of competition. 

Winter BBQ

We've had a week of 40 below weather.  The grills and smokers look cold and snow-covered.  Here's to hoping we get some mild weather this weekend so that I may BBQ or grill some meat.
