How to cook a baked potato!

That's it!  Simple as that.

From chosing the right potato (russet please), to what temperature to cook the potato at (450... yikes!) to actually using a meat thermometer to judge doneness (cook to 205 internatl temp).

I made these yesterday and they were awesome.
