Chick-Chick-Chicken Rub
- 1/3 cup paprika
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne or chipotle powder
Combine
all ingredients. Store in airtight
container for up to 3 months
Maple Sriracha
chicken wing sauce
½ cup of
maple syrup
2 tbsp
of sriracha or hotsauce
White sauce inspired by Chris Lilly of Big Bob Gibson BBQ
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup of white vinegar
- ½ cup of apple juice
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp of cayenne pepper
Can be stored up to 2 weeks
in an airtight container in the refrigerator
Amped up BBQ sauce
- 1 bottle of sweet bbq sauce (sweet Baby Ray's or other similar brand)
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
- 1 finely diced onion
- ½ tsp of chipotle powder or cayenne.
- 1 tbsp of Chick-Chick-Chicken Rub
Combine ingredients and
bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes
and brush on while still hot.
